Between Canclaux and Mellinet, at the beginning of November 2020, behind a leafy green front, a new "bulk" grocery store blossomed. After having travelled quite a bit, Manon and Rémy have decided to give meaning to their lives, and the hairdresser and postman have embarked on a conversion in line with their values and in coherence with their eco-responsible consumption patterns. In a luminous space bordered by exposed stone walls and flowered terracotta tiles, their pleasant shop offers organic and local products without packaging to take just the quantity you need thanks to reusable containers such as jars or fabric bags. They showcase local producers and designers from Nantes. You will find seasonal fruit and vegetables, dry and fresh products such as jams and syrups from the Ferme du Bouffay de la Chapelle-sur-Erdre, eggs and dairy products (cheese, cream, yoghurts) from farms in Carquefou, but also apple juice from the Verger de Belle Cour de Montbert and beers from local brewers who grow their own hops. There is also a cosmetics area and a drugstore with zero waste cleaning products and accessories... you'll love Atelier Z's furoshiki. A convenience store that has become essential in this area!
