A Love of Fruit is above all Karine's passion for fruit and vegetables, their flavours and taste. We have been finding her on the Talensac market for more than a decade, with her team, a smile, a keen ear and lots of advice to choose and cook these products as well as possible. The products are mainly local, such as Haute-Goulaine tomatoes; natural, exotic or organic. There are yellow, green, orange or red tomatoes, multicoloured radishes, garlic or leek sprouts, beets baked in a wood oven, tuberous chervil, aromatic herbs... Un Amour de Fruit also makes custom-made fruit and vegetable baskets.
