AU P'TIT PAIN NANTAIS
Here is a nice traditional bakery opened in 2015 by Anthony and Stéphanie Ferré with beautiful and good bread made on the spot in the bakery. The traditional baguette, the rustic, the special breads Tradigrains and the variations: pavé tradition, boules and campagne are made with wheat and 100% Breton flours (Meunerie Guénégo). Taste the "Campagne" or the "Nantaise" with the old-fashioned crushed flour! Special mention for the Vendee brioche and pure butter pastries, pains au chocolat, croissants and madeleines. The Breton salted butterscotch caramel cakes and the Nantes rum cake are delicious. Sandwich formulas and delicatessen products for lunch.
