In this neighborhood bakery held by Marie and Thierry Spoof, everything is homemade, from bottom to icing! The green and brown window is attractive and the store is pleasant and bright. Many types of breads are proposed, however some of them have particular attention: the tradition, the Petrisane wand worked without Leaven, and of course Mary, prepared by Mr Spoof in person (for the little story, Mary is no other than his wife!). Special breads are also available (Campaign, Wine Vigneron, etc.). Among the cakes and desserts (individual, 4 or 8 shares), the duck is appreciated (coque coque worked with a muslin based on raspberries and candy) or this vanilla or with a black muslin muslin, all accompanied by pears odawara in vanilla and flambées in calvados. But also Les Sweets de Guérande, Le Royal à le Chocolat or Le Thrill… There are still ice creams in the classic perfume (mainly on order) and the chocolates made by a Better Worker in France. For lovers of home nougats, it is also a very beautiful address. A varied range of sandwiches, and a dish of the day complete the baking offer for lunch on the back, take to the office or home - or to leave faster on weekends! Notice to the greedy…
