Saveurs DétonNantes is all about promoting culinary heritage from the Atlantic to the Loire. Under Amélie's leadership, the network brings together producers, artisans and restaurateurs to pass on their values: working with local produce, adopting an eco-responsible approach, promoting "home-made" and "made in Nantes" dishes using local products, showcasing artisans and their know-how, and limitingCO2 emissions by working on adapted menus. The Saveurs concept is embodied in breakfasts, cocktails, events and corporate and private gift sets. Any examples of good references? Amélie works in Nantes with Choc Hola, the Maison Frometon cheese dairy, and Oh my Brunch. On the vineyard side, the fine wines of Domaine Les Trois Toits as well as Poiron Dabin. More sweets?
