Welcome to this beautiful artisan bakery and pastry shop, owned by Florence and Jean-Yves Frangeul. Located between the harbour station and the Canclaux district, a gourmet stopover is a must. Here you will find only good bread, with quality Label Rouge flours from the Minoterie Bourseau. Every day a speciality is offered: my father's pie or with millstone flour with Guérande salt, T80 traditional baguette, spelt bread and every day buckwheat (pavé, baguette) or corn bread. Try the Waldkorn with cereals, organic bread... On the sweet side, madeleines, cannelés, walnut tarts, lemon cakes, pure butter pastries (raspberry jam croissants) are also very successful.
