SAKİ CRÉATİON PATİSSİÈRE
Just a stone's throw from Nantes Cathedral, Saki Création has been coloring its window with Franco-Japanese sweets since May 2019, with these high-end pastries. Saki is the first name of the chef, who delicately combines the specialties of her native land, the Rising Sun, with those of her heartland, France. She works in partnership with her husband Clément, who has been a Viennese chef since 2014. He too draws inspiration from Japan, where he worked, to bring you his pretty melon buns or sweet red bean briochettes. Green tea macaroons, Japanese strawberries, vintage chocolates, green tea lemon cakes, orange cakes... Take the time to taste with your eyes and make a gourmet stopover between Nantes and Nagoya.
