RUN PATISSERIE
Do you know Run? It's the name of the new gourmet address in the Saint-Jacques district in Nantes Sud where you have to "run" to discover the specialities! Run is the beautiful establishment that is both a traditional pastry shop and a traditional bakery, created by Efe and Julide, brother and sister in life! Efe, the pastry chef has made his mark at Guerlais, Emma, Lambert, to name but a few of the well-known addresses in Nantes. As for Julide, she has worked for a long time in the luxury sector (LVMH) in the hospitality and smiling side: she has kept all her know-how, supported by a friendly team. We come here as neighbours but also sometimes from far away to enjoy ourselves! To us the refined pastries and the delicate, tasty, often airy creations of the chef! The creations are as beautiful to the eye as they are excellent in the mouth, with a clever mix of flavours and recipes low in sugar to respect the real good taste of fruit, chocolate... Taste the Grand Vendôme: hazelnut soft biscuit, whole strawberry compote, Timut pepper mousse with rose and lemon grapefruit, all with a glaze of natural strawberry puree and a custard to decorate, it's delicious! Or discover the Gourmet Moon, or the Celestial Circle with 66% divine cocoa! Here chocolate or vanilla eclairs are also present. Special mention also for the airy Paris-Brest at will! Gourmets also come here for the 4 hour break with the good pure butter pastries: chocolate bread and generous croissant! Let's not forget the bread with the specialities (Arthur's seed pavement with 100% French CRC flours!) and also the range of organic breads. Tradition, organic millstone bread, spelt, Norwegian bread, will accompany our dishes and cheeses, meats with taste! You can also order festive products (set pieces, birthday cakes) the easiest way is to go and discover, so go for it!
