Beautiful story that Emma's...A first bakery opened in 2016 by Louis and Thibault, not far from the Procé park. A year later, it was a second opening, in the hypercentre of Nantes, with the help of their team. In 2018, a third in La Baule. And in 2020, another in Sautron. The reasons for this success? They are multiple. First of all, we can only appreciate the modernity of the place; Emma, these are 2.0 bakeries that favour a certain form of aestheticism: contemporary and spacious, everything is appetising. Then, in the shop window, Emma has made a speciality of choux with various flavours, including salted butter caramel, raspberry, blackcurrant, but also mandarin yuzu, mojito or Nutella... Choux to discover also in "pièces montées" for your family or professional events. At Emma's, you can also find pure butter pastries and pastries like this very appetizing strawberry and mascarpone tart. Finally, Emma has a salad bar and fresh sandwiches and you can enjoy them all day long with the continuous service. Four addresses in Loire-Atlantique for small daily pleasures.
