Located behind the cathedral, this bakery was opened in 2017 by Franck Simon and his team. One comes here from the croissant or the chocolate bread of the early morning to the Norwegian bread or the organic rye from Auvergne or the lark of the evening... At lunch time, you can come and get a soup, a piece of pie, a burger, a sandwich or a salad. At snack time, you can have a Nantes cake, a brioche or macaroons... The welcome is charming, it's fresh, appetizing and everything is home-made. The success is such that asecond store opened in the Decré district in 2020 and that the bakery is participating in the show "La Meilleure Boulangerie de France" on M6 in January 2021.
