Barnabé describes himself as "the favourite bakery of the thin mugs", and he's right! It's a beautiful story of a bunch of friends who made the dream of one of them come true. They put all the good ingredients they have the secret of: short circuits, flavour, ethics, greed, organic, craftsmanship, technology, new agriculture, and above all: love of good! The bread range is more than 70% organic... and Ecocert certified. The flours come from organic farming and the "nouvelle agriculture" label, which guarantees a 100% local production chain and fairer remuneration for producers. In this happy bakery, Jérémy and Maxime put all their beautiful energy at the service of our greedy papillae. We enjoy beautiful and good breads: like the Norwegian Organic and its organic roasted seeds (brown flax, sesame, buckwheat, Millet...), the delicious traditional country bread and pavés... For gourmets: the barna-chausson, the kouign-amann... At lunchtime, you'll love Jojo végan (ciabatta bread / Arugula pesto / Salad / Zucchini tagliatelle / Carrot pickles / Chickpea hummus) or Armand (ciabatta, arugula, eggplant caviar, roasted chicken, pickles, red onion), Emile salad (freekeh/ roasted chicken / eggplant caviar / pickles / parmesan). And among the gourmet pastries: taste the caramel cheesecake or the incredible carrot cake! A beautiful bakery that combines taste and a very good quality of products!
