Here, the breads made with love by Christophe Nevoux and Roland Lamoureux are 100% organically grown and certified with local and fair trade production. The flours are local and the breads are produced with natural homemade yeast. Christophe and Roland can be found on several markets in Nantes, on Tuesdays on rue Bouchaud, on Wednesday evenings on La Minais in Sainte-Luce-sur-Loire, on Thursdays in Nantes on Zola, on Saturdays in Nantes at the Saint-Joseph-de-Porterie market, and the rest of the week on other peripheral markets in the 44. In addition, there is a bakery in Granchamp des Fontaines where you can also buy bread on certain days.
