The Menoury pastry is an excellent address with a wide selection of chocolate products. All chocolates, crafted in a handcrafted fashion, are manufactured only with pure cocoa butter. The hardest one will be to choose from the ganaches, the almond pasta to the various fragrances (coffee, nuts, pear…), almonds to almonds or hazelnuts, Mont-Blanc ganache chocolate, orangettes, pralian velocities, florentines, orange bark and lemon. the beggars, the small ovens to the almonds, the Loire pebbles (roasted almonds and chocolate chocolate coated with ice or cocoa sugar, the numerous cakes and boxes with different specialties. Everyone will find here a taste of their taste with high quality know-how. But one of the specialties of the place remains the unavoidable muscadins. For the composition of these, the master of the premises will look for the muscadet at Mr. Ménard, the winegrower at the Landreau. The grapes then threw three to four months in alcohol, after which they are mixed with chocolate to give these famous muscadins. Mr. Ménoury regularly produces new chocolate creations that delight our gourmet papillae!
