Among the novelties, the Mercœur, a chocolate fondant and the Marron, a dessert composed of a dark chocolate and chestnut mousse, or the flan vendéen. And for an all-chocolate treat, try the Trois Chocolats, a chocolate biscuit filled with three chocolate mousses (milk, dark and white).
