You may be familiar with the pastry and chocolate shops of talented creator Stéphane Pasco, in Vertou and near the Cité des Congrès. But did you know that he and his team have just opened a tea room in the rue Contrescarpe? We can only encourage you to go there, either for lunch (they also offer savory dishes such as quiches and puff pastries), or in the afternoon. The decoration of the lounge is very neat, the armchairs comfortable (a little more and we stayed there in the evening too!), and the reception of the store manager, Thien, pleasant and very professional. She will speak to you with passion of all the creations, which are to fall. Try also the macaroons, a delight!
