Délice végétal is the first 100% vegan patisserie to open in Nantes. Behind this initiative are Alice and Agnès, two sisters. Both vegan, they combine their talents to bring us culinary delights to die for. Here, all products are handcrafted by Alice, a pastry chef by training, and Agnès. Together, they revisit pastry classics, carefully selecting the (organic) ingredients for the design. Treat yourself to delicious viennoiseries, tarts, royal au chocolat, cookies and babka. A savory range is also available. An explosion of flavors guaranteed!
