Red label, red label, old stick, Copaline wand, campaign baton… these are some illustrations of the varieties of bread that this quality bakery presents. Sandwiches, salads and sweets are made with fresh and seasonal products. Sweet side, we love the sculpture serving the house named the Tango, true treasure box for greedy (to be discovered as individual serving or cake for 4 or 6 people) but also panettone, maple syrup syrup and fruit pie of the day. We are also seduced by the charming care of the house: Gluten free bread for intolerant, a sugar-free sweetness for diabetics, breakfast baskets as a gift idea. Finally who believed that the milk jam was a traditional recipe from Normandy and Savoie will be surprised to learn that Argentina also has its own recipe on which is inexhaustible the mistress of places. Little represented in Nantes, Argentinian sweetened products find their place in this charming bakery, whose specialities transcribe an opening to the world and a curiosity of tastes.

The breads are also we like: with old, in the good sense. It is simple, when you get there, you want to taste. This bakery is in my opinion, the best bakery from Nantes.
