The Stall des Saveurs is first a family story where you can find the father, Jean-Jacques, the mother, Claudine and their three children, two of them in the adventure (Charlène and Nicolas) accompanied by their happy team. Stall des Saveurs is a laboratory located in Prodigy, but it is mainly a gourmand truck that the Nantais can find on no less than markets in Nantes and in the Nantes agglomeration or the region: the Prodigy market, of course, but also the Sucked-sur-Erdre markets in Clisson, from Pellerin to Basse-Goulaine, Nantes Sainte-Anne at Bridge du Mora and every Wednesday morning next to the beautiful church of the charming neighbourhood of All-Aid in Nantes… Stall des Saveurs is both a fine grocery store and an Italian caterer. Here you can buy wines, cheeses or meats (mortadella, pancetta, Parma ham…) and taste specialities cooked home: Fresh pasta such as saison (depending on season) with chestnuts or cocoa, fresh ravioli (cheese, lemon), prepared dishes (delicious arancini or beef boulettes) and desserts, tiramisù or terracotta panna. A treat in perspective. We also have the antipasti (pickled artichokes, involtini goat and speck, stuffed peppers…) for evenings with Italian colours. The list of available products is too long to take it here, so let's know that the "plus" of this outlet is its web site from which it is possible to order everything online, to withdraw from the market for the convenience of chatting with the charming Skornik family… or by postal mail on certain specific products.
