For over 30 years in Talensac, Rachel has been delighting us! Here, all of France and beyond is represented, with a predilection for Corsican and Spanish charcuterie, figatellu and wild boar sausages. The Auvergne also has its sausages, which are a delight to discover, as is the Catalan charcuterie, which offers a wide range of chorizo, Serrano and Ibérico hams. Italy is not to be outdone, with its Parma ham. Charcuterie from all countries and all meats... it's the ideal place to concoct a platter!
