LA CAVE NATURE VINS BIOS
La Cave Nature d'Emilie combines respect for the environment with the terroir in wine. Working with 170 winemakers, its numerous wine references are all organically or biodynamically produced and offered at affordable prices. Some of our favorites include Jérémie Huchet's Muscadet Les Monthys, Manpôt rosé, Cubik red... Foreign wines are also present (Chianti, Montepulciano, Naoussa...), as are craft and local beers (Brewen, Trompe Souris or Les Coureurs de Lune) and strong spirits (whiskies, gins, armagnac...). Emilie's excellent advice includes wine tastings and oenological courses. Wine and food pairing dinners are organized with a number of restaurateurs, including the nearby Le Parallèle, so you can be sure of a gourmet pairing!
