MAİSON JAJA
With this bar/cellar with a reassuring and popular name, opened in the summer of 2019 just a stone's throw from the Cité des Congrès, Nicolas has taken up the challenge of organic farming. In this beautiful adventure he took Martin, ex-cavist of Rouge Bouteille, on board. Nicolas worked in the restaurant business in Paris and then in Nantes where he managed Les Charbonniers. It was there that his passion for wine grew and he decided to train in oenology. He took the time to develop his project in order to find the best addresses among winegrowers, brewers and caterers. It thus offers no less than 300 organic and natural wines, 70 homemade beers, spirits and delicatessen. Everything here is focused on quality. The place is friendly and spacious (ideal for your private evenings), the cellar is welcoming, the decoration warm and neat, the music selected with taste. We like the retro terrace and its vintage chairs. For lunch, you can eat, in the evening enjoy a board, all this with the seafood products of Maison Lucas in Quiberon, the delicatessen signed Bobosse in Lyon or Maison Conquet in Laguiole and the cheese of Beillevaire. Let yourself be tempted by the Bridegroom's White, the Baraka, the Atypic and many others on the wise advice of these two enthusiasts. And don't miss the initiation and tasting evenings.
