It's with a dose of humor but above all a great deal of professionalism that Valentin welcomes us to his wine cellar. Having fallen in love with winegrowing in South Africa, he specializes in natural wines, biodynamics and vins nature for small estates, as well as coups de cœur from French regions. He recommends nuggets from the vineyards of the Rhône, the Loire (of course) and elsewhere! At Pinard, culture and conviviality are the order of the day, with blind tasting evenings with friends or colleagues. In addition to wine, spirits and beers are also on offer.
