The bottles, both restaurant (excellent) and cellar, are located on the market side of Talensac. It is a cellar worthy of the name, with nearly 700 references. From the door, rows of boxes and coffers overflowing with bottles hang the eye of the connoisseurs. On the right, a door opens on the treasures of Mickaël Ravier: Montcalmes, Rayas, Badiane and Romanée-Conti. Here we drink well, and the boss and his wife are so sympathetic that you will not resist the pleasure of tasting one or more drinks on the spot with, why not, a plate of charcuterie. Winemakers are regularly honored, the opportunity to discover hidden treasures.
