The Vineyards of Nantes are an association born at the beginning of 2011 of the passion for the muscadet of Fabien Chéneau (commercial agent in wines and spirits) and Marie Chartier-Luneau (winemaker in Pierre Luneau-Papin). The idea is simple: value and federate around the typical name of the Country Nantais. Christophe Hu (sommelier) quickly joined the adventure. Together, these local lovers work to highlight high-end wines. Fifteen winemakers join the association, but careful selection is conditioned: The Guide of the Revue des Vins de France vert, the Bettane & Desseauve Guide, or the Guide Gault & Millau. However, the selection is not limited to the Melon varieties of Burgundy, but is open to the Gamay, Sauvignon, Chenin, Merlot and other AOC Malvoisie. The vineyards of Nantes are partners of some of the most beautiful tables and cellars in the region, the asso participates in culinary events, particularly as part of the trip to Nantes, with associations of star chefs or at specialized fairs.
