Originally from Pornic, the Dagnat cheese dairy has been in business for over 20 years, including 2 years at the Talensac market. The company is also present in La Baule, Pornic and Noirmoutier. Célia, in charge of the sales outlet, and Édouard, the manager, are both cheese ripeners. And they know how to work with cheese. You'll find a fine selection of French cheeses, with all the AOPs and a regional range including Curé nantais and Vendéens. The star homemade speciality? L'Herbillette, a goat's tome matured in the cheese dairy, washed in Muscadet and lined with herbs. We can't get enough!
