LA CRÈMERIE DES CARMÉLITES
Cheese is in the spotlight in this dairy! It is in a shop bathed in light that Stéphane and Arnaud welcome us and advise us, while telling us the story of each cheese. Most of these products are "appellation contrôlée" but all of them respect the season and the maturity because it is the taste, the authenticity and the quality that the house wants to transmit. Thus, the Mont-d'Or is strictly forbidden to be released before October! The range is completed by some dairy products (plain and fruit yoghurts, cream, salted butter) but also a small cellar (champagne, red and white wines from the Loire) and a grocery store with jams, preserves, honey and small cakes.
