CONSERVERIE LA BELLE-ILOISE
Founded in Quiberon in 1932, the La belle-iloise cannery has succeeded over the years, while retaining its family business spirit, in bringing canned fish and other seafood up to date. The recipe? Quality products, a good network and merchandising. When you walk into the store on rue de la Fosse in Nantes, it's hard not to be seduced by all the tins and jars in all their vintage colors. If you're looking for a seafood gift, this is the place to come! To fill up on omega 3, phosphorus and potassium, we'll love these tins of sardines or mackerel, which have preserved their delicate, tasty flavors and flesh. Hot toast for aperitifs, fish rillettes, assorted sardine crumbles and sandwich preparations are innovative and delicious. Lobster bisque remains the flagship product, but you can also try pollock rillettes with Sichuan berries or albacore tuna with olive oil and spices. Gift sets, with their attractive boxes, platters or "bourriches", invite you to enjoy a great aperitif with friends. A sure bet. And from January 2019, the Timut lemon pepper thyme sardine (a berry from Nepal), until now an exceptional product, will be offered permanently in store and online.
