With 30 years' experience behind him, Patrick Chauchard continues an adventure in Nantes that delights the people there. Fresh salmon arrives from Scotland in Label Rouge quality, smoked with green beech and Guérande salt. Hand-sliced, vacuum-packed in whole fillets, steaks or cobblestones. We also offer canned fish: sardines in oil, moregates or cuttlefish, albacore tuna and smoked fish rillettes. You'll find all these quality products in our online boutique.
