ILORE is the anagram of the Loire, the river that crosses the city of Nantes and which brings together Hélène and Guillaume, managers of the establishment and couple to the city, in their beautiful project. Both attached to the terroir and quality products, they combine here their know-how for a home-made catering service! Savoury or sweet, aperitif or dessert, on the spot or to take away throughout the day, you can enjoy traditional home-made cooking with local seasonal products. You will find farm pork from Sarthe and poultry from Challans. Whether you are organizing a dinner aperitif, a country buffet, meal trays for a business meeting, a convivial menu to be enjoyed as a lover, you will have a varied choice here. For your aperitif dinners, a variety of appetizers such as mixed salads, fish terrine, egg jelly... For snacking, quiches, pizzas, Curé Nantais puff pastry, sweetbread bites... For your starters: chorizo cannelloni, mini-bagnats with chicken or smoked salmon, scallop verrines... For ready-made dishes: cod back in white butter, roast veal with walnuts and gorgonzola, honey sauce, or guinea fowl supreme with apples, farm cider sauce. Finally, home-made pastries are not to be outdone: Valrhona extra-bitter chocolate macaroons, raspberry heart, exotic panacotta, mango brunoise and passion fruit... You can also take a seat in the cosy room or on the sunny terrace to enjoy a tea, a freshly squeezed fruit juice, a latte macchiato or a cappuccino to be served with a homemade pastry.
