Clémence's Simone & Co is an ingenious, ecological and gourmet concept. This responsible caterer was built on the idea of doing something for the planet. By buying unsold produce from local artisans and producers, the company fights against food waste. Products downgraded because they're unattractive, poorly calibrated or surplus: what a shame when you know they're just as good quality as the others. Together with her chef, they create anti-waste breakfasts, lunches, aperitifs and cocktails!
