This Cow's Skin is nothing insulting! On the contrary, this Cow's Skin, they are very many coming to lunch, dinner or having a drink. This Cow's Skin opened in spring 2017, not far from Leclerc Grand Val in Orvault. The restaurant is organized around a very large central bar in a decay as diverse as surprising but the result can only be welcomed: a huge chandelier of plant inspiration, ratta suspensions, a jungle corner and a Citroën Tube are some of the surprising elements of this non-standard restaurant. Meat lovers will find at Cow's Skin what to eat. The most classic ones will not miss burgers, tartar, duck magret, hand-woven baroud, Angus breed and other interiors… The most adventurous, for their part, cannot miss the beef coast refined 3 weeks in maturation cellar! Some fish dishes are also available on the map. Much loved the wok of beef to Thai (rich and raised) or wild shrimp and crustacean sauce. In the desserts, chocolate tartette like a «Snickers» with its peanut ice or the lemon Breton lemon and raspberry raspberry has finished to regenerate us. To note, a very rich brunch is organized every Sunday and Cow's Skin organizes some nights of the retransmissions of matches on large screen. Booking more than essential!
