MAİSON FRANGEUL ORVAULT
It was at the start of the 2018 school year that the Nantes agglomeration saw the installation of Maison Frangeul, already known in Nozay. Recognizable by its flamboyant red facade, this bakery makes the happiness of Orvaltais. It must be said that the baker François Frangeul has won many prizes. He was a journeyman pastry chef for 9 years, won the Coupe de France des Boulangers in 2009, the silver medal for the best frangipane cake in 2018, then the Saint-Michel Trophy for the best chocolate éclair in Loire-Atlantique in 2020 thanks to his pastry chef Manon Belleil who was his apprentice. Good reasons to come and discover his bread by the slice and his creations based on fresh seasonal products, especially the tarts with Breton shortbread dough.
