To accompany the selection and discovery of the wines, this is what the two managers (Sisters and Jean-Louis) have been offering of this favourite teacher. To facilitate the journey of your mind, ten groups have been established by Wine and Independence, from champagne to soft wines, by white, rosé and red, whether they are soft or dry, fruity or not. Each month, wines are selected for their quality and highlighted: sometimes zoom in a region, a vine or a country, as foreign wines are also available (especially Chile). There are some small jewels, such as Alsace muscatel, or a domaine du Clos des Fées (côtes-du-roussillon). Argentinian wines also deserve a detour… These great connoisseurs also offer some solid food to complement this divine beverage: fresh and local products, 80% organic. Among their clients, besides individuals, there are more and more conservators who also trust them. Animations around tastings are arranged on reservation as for example free tasting in cellar once a month. New, a range of spirits (whiskies, rums, cognac and armagnac) is now available.
