Eco-domain with restaurant offering slow-food cuisine using local produce and fruit and vegetables from the kitchen garden
This is the restaurant of the Éco-Domaine de la Fontaine, which comprises a hotel-spa, a bar-tea room and vegetable gardens, whose fruits, vegetables, herbs and even wines are used to create a cuisine that perfectly combines land and sea produce. The cuisine is inspired by slow food: fresh, local, seasonal produce selected by the chef, meeting environmentally-friendly criteria from their 3,500 m² permaculture vegetable garden.
