L'Orangerie by Julien Lainé, a member of the Collège Culinaire de France, is one of our favorites in Pornic! The setting of this excellent restaurant, located just behind the harbor, is tastefully appointed. This talented chef's cuisine is based on his experience: he cut his teeth with Alain Ducasse and worked in some fine establishments. He favors short circuits, local producers and seasonal produce, to offer a gastronomic cuisine that's inventive and tasty, and that awakens all the senses... The plate is as beautiful as it is delicious!
