L'ENCRE BLEUE
Located on the street leading to the high city, the showcase of this recent independent bookshop is very well cared for. The old-fashioned book-driven scooter in the store is an invitation to travel to different countries. Its young owner, Yann Laigle, trained for four years in a very ancient bookstore in the Latin Quarter in Paris, before spreading his wings and setting up his own business in the city of his childhood. He offers a wide selection of novels and youth books… A lovely reading area has been designed for toddlers in the old dressing cabin of the shop, previously dedicated to linen. Alongside Marina, a part-time employee, Yann intends to create events: aperitif-reading sessions, and meetings with authors.
