Très belle balade sur le sentier des douaniers qui permet de suivre le bord de mer sur 14km, de la pointe St Gildas à La Bernerie en Retz. Quelquefois en bord de route, d'autres fois, chemin en bord de mer (sans voitures et interdit aux vélos), on découvre des petites plages ou criques et les fameux carrelets, cabanes de pêche perchés sur les rochers.
