CÔTES ET QUAIS
Created in 2014, the Pays de Retz cannery offers a selection of terrines and merrines made from local and regional products. At the origin of Côtes et Quais, Michel, Patrick, Nadia and Isabelle, all driven by the common desire to create convivial products to be shared and rich in flavour, while respecting their culinary charter "Here, it's taste! ". Sardine rillettes with celery, Breton pâté (Pt'tit Pierrot), oyster terrine, lobster mousse or even docker's terrine and saffron mussel merrines make up the range created by these lovers of good products and their territory. Côtes et quais also offers an "Aperitif Kit" consisting of a verrine, a bamboo knife and crackers from Maison LU, in lobster, sardines, peppers and salmon versions. All the essentials for successful aperitifs between land and sea.
