BRASSERIE DE LA CÔTE DE JADE
In May 2003, Anne and Ivan Lambert created the Brasserie de la Côte de Jade, and started making their own beers. Seventeen years later, the adventure continues. For information, the designation "beer" implies that the drink must contain at least 50% malt. Concerned about making a natural product, the Brasserie de la Côte de Jade only produces "pure malt" beers, in other words, beers where only barley, the highest priced cereal, is used. The specialty of the house? The now famous Brigantine beer, whose name comes from a boat sail. This name is reminiscent of the seaside but it is also a nod to a well-known Belgian beer brand, "la Brigand". A range that comes in blonde, amber, brunette, organic white and triple blonde. Free visits are organised all year round, with explanations, videos and tasting.
