Close to La Baule, the restaurant-bar on the Good source beach of Sylvia and Xavier Mainguet is a small paradise overlooking the ocean in a relaxed atmosphere; a corner of the world, in Sainte-Marguerite.
The kitchen is simple and you eat well. For example, you can enter the Entrée sardines with an egg yolk and potato salad. In flat, the traditional tender tender with its potatoes or bresaola chiffonnade with hashed potatoes, faisselle and salad. In dessert, the lemon cheesecake with its red fruit grout is a good choice. It is fair to say that for a beach restaurant there are no fish on the map. Good address anyway. Why do you get away from it if you are at the beach?
