Restaurant offering home-made family cuisine in the heart of the village of Trentemoult.
But why is that name? Just because Gwenola is active in the furnaces and if you want to order it, you have to mount three small steps and exchange with her by the window of his kitchen. A window framed with nice red shutters that overlook a stroll where, from April to October, it is possible to settle in to taste its fine dishes. Ex-educator, a CAP kitchen in the pocket and experience gained from caterers and restaurateurs, Gwenola started his own account in Trentemoult in 2014. It mitts homemade dishes with good products, spices, herbs… Its cuisine is simple, family and «world». You can choose from classic dishes: lasagna, liking duck, tuna pie; and more exotic specialties: cod brandy, chicken redness or sausage, fejoada, irish stew or kig ha farz (Breton specialty)… The place is modest but warm. You can also come and drink a coffee or drink the aperitif and grabbed terrines, rattles, elevations… Possibility of taking to taste at home and also ordering 48 h in advance (for 10 people minimum). Kitchen also for your evenings, cocktails, buffets. The Perched Basket is located in the heart of Trentemoult village, the 2 nd parallel to the Boissard pier from the Navibus pier.
