BLA BLA BAR
A bar/self-catering establishment offering fresh food, local beer and regional wines in the Confluent district of Rezé.
Successful conversion for Valérie and her daughter Tiphaine who embarked on a new adventure by opening this bar/self in the summer of 2020 in the new Confluent district of Rezé. Throughout the day, you will find there your happiness to drink and snack a piece on the spot or to take away. Whether it's at coffee time, with a fresh orange juice for breakfast, or at lunchtime when you'll be spoilt for choice between the soup of the moment, homemade lasagne from the Routard des Papillesde La Montagne or even gourmet dishes in jars such as a slice of ginger chicken from "La Cuisine de Mon Père " by Chef Thierry Theffaine from Dinan. Without forgetting small sweet treats such as carrot cake as a dessert or a snack. You can enjoy the afterwork in front of an aperitif board, accompanied by a local beer or wine, and a good match on the big screen. Bistro and good humour are on the programme here, as stated under the sign. And for even more fun, you should know that the emphasis is placed on fresh, seasonal products, from sustainable or organic agriculture, and on the short circuit!
