C’est d’ailleurs l’unique magasin en Sud Loire. Pas de parking, stationnement dans les rues et parfois en zone bleue. L’accueil est agréable et chaleureux. Le personnel est compétent et professionnel. De nombreux conseils pour le choix du matériel et particulièrement pour les débutants. Le magasin est bien achalandé avec nombreux instruments : Piano, guitare, batterie, cuivre, etc. … Possibilité de commander les partitions. Service dépannage et réparation instruments. Les tarifs sont tout à fait compétitifs en rapport avec la concurrence et le net qui parfois réserve de mauvaise surprise à la livraison.
