BRIOCHE BONNIN
Golden, soft and tasty, the Bonnin brioche is delicious and it is well known! But did you know that it is in Rezé that it is made since 1958? The factory is located in a house, slightly set back from the Rue Charles-Rivière, the main thoroughfare of the city that connects Pont-Rousseau to the Océane area. You can buy your brioche directly from him or buy it in the large and medium-sized stores of the Nantes agglomeration and on the markets (Talensac, Zola, Saint-Paul, La Montagne...). There are round ones, long ones, featherweights (250 g) and large ones (1.5 kg). On order, there is even a heart-shaped one (2.5 kg, 35 parts), ideal for family celebrations and birthdays, and a super large one (10 kg, 150 parts) which is very popular for weddings. In the kitchen, the bakers of the Bonnin house are busy. What is their secret? Noble materials without additives or preservatives, a quality leaven and baker's yeast and the house know-how of over 60 years! In 2017, Florian and Patrice took over the famous Bonnin house, a new generation of gourmands, bakers by trade, and an unchanged recipe that makes everyone happy! And new: the chocolate chip brioches, to die for!

Parking pour stationnement et petit magasin à l’accueil très agréable. De nombreux choix de grosseur de brioches au gout exceptionnel et inégalable(moelleuse avec une odeur chaude). La composition est indiquée sur le sachet avec la provenance et l’adresse des fournisseurs locaux.
Celle-ci est vendue aussi sur les marchés Nantais et de la banlieue ainsi que dans de nombreux Super ou Hypermarchés. Le prix est tout à fait correct en comparaison avec la concurrence.
Bref à conseiller.
