BOULANGERİE GAVROCHE
Gavroche is the nickname that everyone gives to Sylvain because he always has this model of cap screwed on his head. It is also the name of his bakery. He took it over and named it that way at the end of 2015. It is the only one in the village of Trentemoult and it makes the joy of its inhabitants. It is located in an alley perpendicular to the Marcel-Boissard quay. Tiny, it has kept the old-fashioned charm of the shops of the 70s. Brigitte, his mother, is in charge of the reception; he is in charge of the kitchen, helped by a pastry chef. On the shelves, a beautiful range of organic breads (spelt, wholemeal, rustic and even gluten-free). In addition to the "classic" baguettes, breads and balls, the "Tonus" made with six cereals, honey, butter, hazelnut, almond, fig, grape, apricot... is a success. Rye bread at weekends to accompany seafood. Antique" bread with bacon and Gruyere cheese for aperitif on order. Special breads (fig, walnut, lemon) for the holidays. As for pastries, the generous portions of flan and Nantais cake are sure to please. The "Gamou" (contraction of Gavroche and Trentemoult) is the speciality: a Savoy cake with a slight meringue. There are also cakes: vanilla-chestnut, candied fruit, gingerbread. Sandwiches. Grocery corner (drinks, ground coffee...). Local newspapers.
