L’ATELIER GUSTIVE
Opened in May 2021, route des Sorinières in Rezé, welcome to this new workshop: the Gustive workshop, the gourmet's den! At the same time bakery, sandwich shop but also pastry shop, we come to indulge ourselves and this, at any time, from Monday to Saturday, on the spot or to take away. Here, everything is home-made! Mickaël, Élodie and their team invite you to discover their specialities. As for the breads: we come here for the house speciality: the Gustive baguette made from CRC flour (100% French), crispy with its beautiful colour dotted with semolina and its soft, airy crumb. The Gustive also exists in a seeded version. Don't forget the traditional baguette or the pavé version for the amateurs. Try the special breads such as the Kapnord, the Gustin with fruit as well as the range of organic breads with the organic Gustive, the small spelt and the organic wholemeal. In this workshop, it is pleasant to pose in the beautiful mezzanine for lunch or for work... As far as delicacies are concerned, they remind us of our childhood: the superb lemon, chocolate and orange-hazelnut cakes, presented in large original "camembert" type boxes. The travel cakes are present with the unavoidable Nantes rum cake or the chocolate cake. The Breton note is of course the kouign amann which is unanimously appreciated by the gourmands... Children or local workers will be delighted with the beautiful and generous pure butter pastries for a croissant or chocolate bread break! As for pastries: creativity and elegance are the order of the day with these gourmet eclairs made with pure chocolate, or the paris-brest. Other specialities: homemade vanilla, caramel, chocolate or blueberry custard-based flans on a puff pastry, they are worth a visit! Not forgetting the famous grandmother's tarts with red fruit, apricot and pistachio flavours or Sydney with almond and pecan cream. At the Gustive workshop, the sandwich formulas are original, you can also enjoy the minute burgers with butcher's meat and fresh fries or other salads for the savoury. This new workshop is a good new place to go, 6 days a week!
