LA RAINETTE BLEUE
It opens in the fine days and treats the gourmands of its ice and waffles. Located on the Boissard quay, facing the Loire in front of the famous colorful houses of the village of fishermen, between the restaurant le Trent and Walk La Reine Blanche, in a large building of 1908, Aline, known as "Lolotte", has been holding the Blue Frog since 2008. The ice are craft (production of Morbihan), cones, waffles, chocolate sauce, Chantilly… are made "house" mainly from organic products (flour, milk, eggs, butter, jams). The range of ice fragrances is limited (vanilla, caramel, coffee, strawberry, pistachio, muroise, apricot, purple, piña variety, green lemon, gingerbread, chocolate) but tasty. Waffles are generous but also offered half-serving (ideal for children). Lolotte also offers coffee and fresh drinks to take or to eat on site on its small terrace on the edge of the water. To know if it's open, watch the small flags that are planted in front of the shop. A discreet address but nice.
