PALMILOIRE
Palmiloire was born in 1991 to commercialize the foie gras produced in Brittany and Pays de Loire, with professionals of the Restoration. For more than 20 years, the range of products offered here continues to expand and more and more people are traveling to Palmilo@-@ Ire. The store is open every morning on weekdays (even Saturdays). Here the foie gras is king: raw foie gras, processed (half baked, canned), specialty (preparation for espuma with foie gras), frozen (nuggets, climbs, whole…), etc. You will also find many condiments to accompany your liver with happiness: Chutney of figs, mangoes, apricots with spices, but also poultry, magrets, salmon, mushrooms and a beautiful range of delicacies and even caviar! Whether it's for parties or for gourmet evenings, here point of lame ducks but quality in all its forms and the region honored.
