The production unit covers 4 400 m 2 and despite this exceptional development, the vocation of this family case does not change: initiated by Pierre Laguilhon in 1957, respect for tradition always passes through local products that defend the gastronomic heritage and revenue that rises to the highest! Here, the finest palaces find their happiness and just look at the many gold medals to be dazzled. Quality is therefore recognised and certified, for good taste we let you express yours! The duck is master of the Laguilhon kingdom, the foie gras, especially, is inventive and delicate, inspired and surprising: raw, semi-baked, semi-preserved, en bloc, verrine, smoked magret, fig leaf, interspersed with truffles… collection is only a symphony of noble flavours. Candied, breasts, pâtés, with the goose, it is shown in the oie, but you will also find ceps in sauce, compotée or oil-fired specialities, specialities to palombe, dishes from the South west and a beautiful selection of wines. New year's eve, in 2017, the Sarladaises potatoes invite you!
