Creperie offering a kind of pancake with various ingredients in Saint-Étienne-de-Montluc.

On the high levels of Saint-Etienne, this old mill flanked by the old buildings of the milling mill gathers the activity of a very qualitative walk, both by the dishes served as well as by the decoration of the establishment and the paintings of artists. Two different atmospheres, winter around the fireplace and summer in nature, so let Crack sit down on the galette galette, a sort of country galette with slices of smoked bacon, various vegetables, egg, salad and cheese. Figo-Goat, Fig jam, goat cheese and salad will end up with three-quarters of your appetite for more modest snacks. Go to the pancakes, the Anne of Brittany, hashed apples, vanilla ice, chantilly, almonds, finish this excellent Breton feast, before you go to a walk on the nearby GR 3 which runs on the top of the Sillon. Please note that Walk sometimes organizes an animation "The Road of Play" on Tuesday. The original games program, the most strategic family game and all the classics of the genre.

Outside, a place loaded with character with a magnificent view, inside, a friendly atmosphere thanks to this large open fireplace and antique furniture. The welcome is very warm and the wonderful pancake- pancakes. A magical moment for us.
An old mill, perched on the heights of sillon de Bretagne.
The setting is superb and really outstanding, where it is a pleasure to a dish on nous...
The welcome is warm and you can eat in quantity.
However, we noticed furniture necessarily very maintained (with their pay, we were season), and we were not surprise either by the choice of menu, altogether very classic.
It is therefore a restaurant that I would consider "not bad", where my touch, but is really its by its unusual setting. And only for that, it is worth it.
Perched atop criss-cross Brittany in a very intimate room, you can take your meal while watching by the French window, the stunning views of the Loire. the atmosphere is very warm, you can take a look at the paintings of the various artists, and for ladies very cosy decor! Entrance have feel you can at " amies" the characteristic, this restaurant is its relatively small number of tables compared to a restaurant medium-sized, making it very friendly. In terms of prices that starts around €3.00 for a pancake or pancake made with butter and €11.00 for a pancake cockles St-Jacques with vegetable filaments. The small tip: Go to two for a wonderful evening!
